Lastly, Spotify founder Daniel Ek revealed that the company is enjoying stable growth. The number of premium subscribers (who can enjoy ad-free music) has reached over 12.5 million, while non-premium users amount to over 50 million. The company makes the bulk of its proceedings from premium users.
