Judge dimisses U.S. stockholder suit against BlackBerry

A U.S. judge dismissed a class action lawsuit against BlackBerry that claimed that the company was trying to hide its drop in market share; Judge Richard Sullivan said that the plaintiffs failed to prove that BlackBerry executives and the company used misstatements and had covered up its falling market share and said that while BlackBerry did make mistakes, corporate failures do not automatically mean securities fraud occurred...

BB made their mistakes that caused the company to have their decline.

He made the mistake of investing in the company while the stock was high and not pulling out when things went south.

No fraud here folks. Good to see the judge sees it that way.
