This is going to get very bad for Apple, very soon. If they do not do what is being requested, it will only be a matter of time before the FTC gets involved.

It won't even get to the FTC. If Apple's attorneys piss off the judges enough, Judge Koh will just certify class action status and Apple will be f*cked. Right now, Apple hasn't proven there is no reason to deny class action status, and the judges are not exactly happy campers. Not a good place for Apple to be.

Why would one of the richest companies need to sell your location data? Are they that greedy? It was bad enough they collected it when it was supposed to be turned off, but selling it was over the top.

"Are they that greedy?"
Ummm. In a word, yes. Your sole reason for existence on this Earth is to make the Plutocrats richer.

That was a dumb ass move on Apples part. That just tells you something is up with them. God I hate Apple, for the love of god if there ever is one somewhere, please hear my prayer an strike them with your almighty awesomeness power. It will do everyone a favor.
