Jelly Bean update for T-Mobile HTC One S now being tested
Share:
Several days ago, owners of the international HTC One S smartphone got a very special Christmas gift in the form of a Jelly Bean update for their handset. T-Mobile subscribers holding on to an HTC One S have not received the new software yet, but it seems like it won't be long until Android 4.1 lands on their smartphones as well.
Apparently, the carrier has already begun testing the update with the help of devoted volunteers, who are now checking out a beta version of Jelly Bean for the T-Mobile version of the One S. Once the testing is done and the carrier has made sure that Android 4.1 is ready for prime time, the update will start rolling out. Sadly, we don't know when that might happen exactly, but we'll keep you posted as soon as we get an update on the matter.
