question, can you actually run with those on? or will they fall off?

Yes, they are made to run in. Jaybirds website advertises that, and I have put it to the test. They're great headphones. A little uncomfortable after a while but not a big deal. You can get them for $89 at best buy online or Jaybirds website.

I do like the look of these. Sadly the "a little uncomfortable after a while" is a big deal and a deal breaker for me. I wear eyeglasses and wear 1/2" plugs in my ears, so headphones that are slightly uncomfortable to others become unwearable for me.

I'd be interested to know what the call quality is like; I understand that these are primarily meant to listen to music/podcasts/etc. while exercising but the biggest draw (for me) is the ability to also take the occasional phone call without screaming (at myself, it would appear to those around me) so the person on the other end can hear.

Call quality indoors has been good. Haven't made a call outside with them. I use them for my PS3 and cell phone, have not had anyone complain of the voice quality yet.
