With JayBird announcing their SB1 Sportsband Bluetooth headphones before CES, it was a matter of time before they would reveal something else new. Sure the SB1 Sportsband has a lifetime warranty against sweat, but the addition of the BlueBuds Bluetooth headphones provides for a solution that’s more compact. It’s a lightweight set with earpieces that measure just an inch long – all the while offering a full array of tactile controls into the right earpiece. The two earpieces are connected with a single flexible band that’s designed to rest at the base of your neck. In addition to its small form, it integrates a new wireless audio technology which allows for clearer and heavier bass tones. So as you’re busy listening to your favorite tunes on the go, you may forget about even having them on thanks to their light figure. Luckily it won’t be too long before these are available for purchase – it’s slated for release during the first quarter and will be offered in either white or black for $129.
