JSS15Q update did not totally resolve touchscreen issues for some Google Nexus 7 (2013) tablets

Last month, we told you how some Google Nexus 7 (2013) users were having issues with the touchscreen on the table; these issues included double taps, ghost taps and overall erratic behavior from the touchscreen. Other issues were found with the GPS. The issues gave Consumer Reports a reason to recommend that reader refrain from purchasing the slab until all of the problems were fixed. That was despite the publication's glowing review of the tablet's display...

Well... Yeah.

Mxy, a typical Apple fanboy, just used the same logic on iOS 6 vs Jelly Bean in the comments above. When confronted with XperiaFanZone's comment, "As if Apple has quality control.
They've had like 10 versions of ios 6.0/6.1!"

Mxy replied, "Because Jellybean has never had any problems." Sarcastically, of course.

No one said it's great. They have issued an update to try an fix it, & id bet another will be along in short order. My problem was Myx acting like Apple's s**t don't stink. As I said in my previous post, ANY of these companies can have issues. I'm not saying android oems do not, because they do, just like Apple, WP, BB, etc do. No one likes it, but it happens. What makes me angry is when fanboys of company A says company B needs to do better about quality control, meanwhile company A has issues of their own. Ever heard of people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones? I get that Google, Samsung, HTC, Moto, LG, Asus, etc aren't perfect and I know they never will be, because I live in a place called reality. Join me won't you?

Yesterday, my brother was showing me a website for the boys baseball team. Next to the players name and pic they attached either a pic or video. He was showing me on their ipad mini and the videos were horrid and choppy. I loaded the site up on my N7 HD and the videos were perfect. Anyway, no issues on my N7HD, having a great experience.

Hi,

Is this true...... Problem with this multitouch screen can be replaced with another unit?
If that so, who will need to contact to? Google or Asus?
Is that mean this bugs is hardware, not an software issue?
