i find it so funny that these strange super low quality videos and photos of new phones always show up. i can't help but think the companies themselves have a part in it. how does these videos and photos surface? does some worker grab a phone real quick and rush to the bathroom to record a video with their shitty phone? weird no?

That's def not an HTC, and to be honest looks like wanna be android. I wouldn't be surprised if it was one of the china knock offs. If you've seen even the sample google has for the android platform os on there website from 7-9 months ago, looks more fluid and flashy then the crap I just saw.
