I feel spoiled. No more HTC surprises for a while I guess then.

If the WinMo ones are running 6.1....no thanks. Hopefully any that launch 2H will have 6.5 or MinMo 7 if we are real lucky. Other wise its Pre or Android for me. I've read were the Sapphire is going to be the G2. I just want to know who is getting the Memphis.

You know that people are already working to "hack" android onto other phones. Android is supposed to be an open platform OS so technically it will be able to work on everything.... eventually. I have a Verizon XV6900 (HTC Touch/Vogue) and I can run a fairly decent beta version of android on my phone right now. HTC makes a quality device and pretty soon you won't be limited to anything... if you gain some basic technical knowledge and know-how.

I have seen where people have loading a semi working version of Android on the original HTC Touch and Touch Dual. I just wonder how long after the release of say the HD Pro we see fully working versions or if it ever gets to that point. I've read up on it but most of it is over my head since I have never really attempted to load a second of OS but would like to give it a try as long as I don't brick my phone. Are you running Android off an SD card or is it flashed on the phone? You still have WinMo on it as well correct?

yes I do. XDA has a good tutorial on how to do it. HTC devices are really hard to brick. PPC Haven also has very knowledible people too. I don't use the android as it is still glitchy, but give it another year and I think the OS will rock. I do run the os from my SD card, i would suggest an 4GB card if you plan on doing some quality hacking

Why is the diamond taking so long to cme out for Verizon? Why doesn't Verizon get very many Palm's or HTC's? Is Verizon not into making phones for their business customers? Serious questions. Please answer objectively. There's not a lot of that anymore on this site. haha

So glad I got a Samsung Omnia i910. LOVE IT ! (so do my co-workers - who all jumped on the HTC Touch Pro bandwagon. They're hatin' now.)

omnia is nice, but cant beat the keyboard of the HTC touch pro! Hopefully one of those phones listed going to sprint will run android, seeing spirnt is an OHA memeber.
