Is this FCC filing for the Motorola DROID 4?

A new filing from Motorola has just passed through the FCC, but unfortunately there isn't enough identifiable information to pinpoint what device it is, although the smart money is on the DROID 4...

it's still a Global Phone. you just either use it through Verizon and Vodaphone's Agreement or you get it unlocked.

Hi! Im from Germany but unfortunately moto won't sell the droid 4 in Europe. I thought about asking some friends of mine in the US about buying&shipping it for me. But they don't know much about phones. So do you know, where to get informations how to unlock it to get global phone functions back? Thanks for your help!

Droid1 & Droid2 were released as "Milestone". Milestone 3 was not released here and Blogs here assume, the Milestone 4 will not be sold in EU either. I have collegues in the US willing to buy it for me, but I need it in a world phone version. Has anybody information on a (legal) unlock-procedure for Verizon-phones?

Step 2. Acquire Droid RAZR.

after the 1 cent sale of the Droid Razr on Amazon people are selling them on Craigslist pretty cheap to get some quick cash in exchange for lengthening their contract. i plan to get one and eventually trade it for a Droid 4 later on.
