Is another Sony Xperia Z1 refresh (D6503) coming?
A photo allegedly showing the Sony D6503 reveals a device similar in appearance to the Sony Xperia Z1, but with thinner side bezels. This leads to the possibility that the phone sports a 5.2 inch screen. The bottom of the device has three large speaker holes instead of the mesh speaker grille found on the Xperia Z1. The Micro USB and SIM ports are on the left side and the microSD slot is on the right side. And the lanyard is now also on the left side instead of the right side as on the Xperia Z1.
According to the source of the leak, the D6503 is coming soon, which means we could hear more about this device before next month's MWC in Barcelona. Meanwhile, to comfort you until then, we have a series of photos that you can look at in the slideshow below.
The Sony D6503 could be a refresh of the Sony Xperia Z Fullscreen

Is there a Sony Experia (possibly newer one) that works with AT&T?

The C6906 version of the Z1 works with AT&T LTE, but it'll cost you considerably more than the others. I'm pretty sure the Z1s should also be compatible with AT&T's LTE bands as well.

Alan F. , you are wrong, the 3 holes are for the mic and the speaker grill is where the LED indicator is.check twice what you write before actually writing it. just a suggestion...

no you are wrong about the speaker location it is located bottom of the phone above the three holes, above frame(look closely) pic #3..same the top w/light indicator..just saying

No, you are wrong. the guy who uploaded the pictures said clearly that the speaker is where the LED indicator is. and anyone can see the speaker grill there. the bottom wide hole above the 3 mic holes may be a second speaker. please do yourself a favor and stop adding a comment for the sake of adding a comment and making stuff out of your imagination. do something useful.

Why is the article saying that this is a Z1 refresh? If the screen is bigger then this is a new model. Most likely the Z2. Ok, the design is nearly identical but still, this could be a Z1 successor.

This is why i never buy Sony, its like they are making new updates, models for showing they can! I thought they had learned their lesson but obviously its back to the old copy/paste routine again. I dont even waste time reading what is what any more, its crazy how many models they release, atleast with Samsung i know S4 is S4 or maybe S4 plus is same with better spec, with Sony its crazy naming and not much makes sense. The best would be as Apple does it, make a highend phone every year and just provide software update! This is the cheapest and best for customers. Having 1000 models just cost for the company and customers dont know what is what and it actually makes the company look unprofesional.

Have you ever heard of galaxy grand lite? Or all the nonsense galaxy phones that Samsung has been throwing at us? I think you should think twice before saying that Samsung is better at this aspect compared to Sony when obviously Samsung has flooded the market with thousands of models just to see which sells

Yes i know they have Zoom, grand and many more but you missed my point!
Their top model has ALWAYS been S, S2, S3, S4 and same with Note, Note2, and now Note3 these 2 models have been consistent for many years now, please tell me what Sony has been calling their top model for the last 4 years in each category, please do tell...
Sure Samsung makes many other crazy and nonsense variants but these two are consistent and i know what i wait for next time myseld (S5). i wonder what Sony's next flagship (S) will be called any guess?
