Is Snapseed for Android right around the corner?

Back in September, Google purchased Nik Software and their popular photo editing application Snapseed. For Android users, this could mean only one thing, namely that the app was finally going to land on their mobile platform a choice, after being an iOS exclusive since its debut. And thanks to the evidence we are about to share with you now, we can safely assume that this could happen pretty soon...

google still yet implemented g+, gmap & gmail as single service. the photos editing might be use within g+, but we are still unable to automatically add photo with geo tag straight to gmaps and still can automatically add friends from g+ to gmail, though g+ had gmail account as their primary email address. it is kind of dissapoint.

i dont know about this snapspeed... is this the same with instagram?
