Is Samsung readying a Galaxy S III version running on Tizen?

A new Tizen device has recently been certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance and interestingly it carries the same model name and number as the Samsung Galaxy S III…

Dont want, Samsung is seriously awful in terms of software.
I dont want another TouchWiz, Kies, etc etc

Without apps how Tizen can sell? Remember SS is OHA member and cannot let Tizen to run Android apps (just like the case with Acer+ Alibaba).
