Of course, it is one of the greatest chips outta there.
The best part is not even the performance, but the smart "companion core" idea. Great thing.

I wanna know when the Tegra3 is comming to phones? Or is it going to be on tablets only?
I would really like to see it become more popular. I have a buddy with the Ausu Transformer, and it runs amazingly probably due to this outstanding processor.

More because of Android 4 ;p. The hardware is not the most important part here, see Apple. It is mostly for videos, multitasking, gaming, high resolutions etc.
And: Yeah, it may come on the HTC Edge.

Nvidia's Tegra Processor are good for cpu processing power...but lags behind on gpu power...my expectations were way high from Tegra3 on gpu front...but its just first quad chip...nothing more than that...samsung and TI quad chips will be based on A15 and perform better than Tegra3...wait will be worth :)

jeez, why isnt anyone happy with products that are on the market right now anymore? it seems like everyone (including me) is already expecting phones to be powered by technology that is not even released yet. how is tegra 3 weak when it is the most powerful chip on the market and will be for the next ~3 months. i want an A15 quad-core too, but i recognize that its just a dream right now. Tegra 3 is the king right now. hail to the king baby!

you and me both, man it is tough being an android user. so many choices, with constantly getting more and more advanced. but i wouldnt trade it for the world.

The tegra3 should have some heavy adoption. HTC has already announced multiple sets with it as well. Im assume LG will continue on the train the way they were, and if samsung picks up a few for their non quad-exynos phones, it should be a banner year for Nvidia. Predicting a 15% or so stock gain isnt too shabby. Then again, like most analysts, they just read the same articles we do and make predictions.. lol.. same as us.
Remixfa's Analytics Firm is open for business.
Ill predict a $22 share price if Samsung picks up some chips for phones. A 25% jump is pretty hefty but doable.

tbh i dont see the point of using a tegra 3 in a smartphone, tbh anything faster than my gs2 is overkill on a phone.
tablet wise we need even more power than the t3 my prime is way nicer than my xoom. but its no where near desktop speeds :)
