When two of the biggest tech companies are battling it out in court, others around them should watch out too, because it's relatively easy to get drawn into the fight. This has happened with Intel this week, as the company has found itself right in the middle of the dispute - clearly not an advantageous place to be...

Looks like SS loses here, but it is clear that Apple shamelessly stole the multitouch functionalities.

Motorola and HTC had to pay 1 million to this one expert witness, Apple only play $75,000 (so far).
Lawsuit are expensive, we could do with less. You hear that, Apple!!!

Opened up the article, saw the author, closing it now. Didn't read... I'm sure whatever drivel was spurted across the site here will contradicted by reputable writers.
