Instagram wants the court to toss a suit over its ToS change

On Wednesday, Instagram asked a federal court to throw out a lawsuit filed against the picture-shairing social network; the suit was filed after Instagram filed its Terms of Service and the company said that the plaintiff has no right to file the case because she could have easily deleted her Instagram account before the new ToS went into effect...

i think WP and BB10 cant gain market shares if apps like instagram and temple run wont bring its apps to these platform!

they are not helping! well at least on BB10, you can just port it, while on WP...
