I think so, because wp8 Os is became officially the third Os after Android and IOS and its also one of the fastest growing Os.

Of course they'll make an app for WP8, since Nokia is going to be releasing tens of millions of these devices in the coming year. It was only a matter of time...

Well it might just be marketing to sell the phone at this particular retail store, besides it's Portugal, if it was let's say in United States then yeah probably a soon launch but not anytime soon, don't get me wrong Instagram on a lumia 920 would be sick!

meh, Facebook and Flickr and such are just fine, no need for this silly program which makes typically bad photos worse. As heavily said, "Instagram is twitter for illiterates"

No doubt it is! WP8 is becoming more, and more of a big deal. But that doesn't look anything confirming anything. More than anything looks like a sloppy space filler.
