Wow, another bone head decision by HTC (see Beats audio cost HTC $300 Million) .
I guess HTC really is in sad shape.

All they would have to do is actually LISTEN to their repeat customers and they would have decent phones. But I guess that is too much to ask for.

Oh good, a Facebook phone. Because the Facebook app isn't a big enough pain in the ass. I only have a facebook account because some websites require you to log in via a facebook account. When people try to friend me, if I know them I OK it, but I let them know I don't use Facebook.

But, whenever I log into the app on my phone, even though I've got it set not to sync, as soon as I close it I see birthdays and such pop up on my calendar, I see facebook names in my contacts. I then have to go in, check do not sync again, uncheck facebook from my calendar...

Maybe with a full phone dedicated to facebook, it could cock up every other app on the phone! I'll rush right out and get one!

I just can't imagine a Facebook phone. Google got it right because Google is giving services away for ad based selling that is not intrusive. Google's model is have a search engine on a phone that allows the end user to have turn by turn GPS directions, eliminating Tom Tom or Garmin devices. Google Goggle's, street view, and all of the features that allow users value is my main reason for owning a Android device.

Microsoft has a true operating system that when tied to a hand held device can be very productive, with Xbox Live, and other tie ins will have a place as well.

Apple made it all possible for us to have such devices work the way that they do!

What would a face book phone offer outside of chatting to friends! The last phone they made sucked because it did't offer anything awe inspiring IMHO!
