Actually, now that it's been mentioned. The only cell company case I can think of in the US is the ATT-Tmobile merger fiasco. All the other cases are mostly in Europe isn't it?
Shucks, the government may have benefitted from these companies dumping so much money into the legal system :P
Congrats to HTC though, makes me wonder why the other comanies did decide to settle out of court.
