IDC: Verizon is the business user's best friend
Share:
The study focused on the US carriers' current capabilities and strategies in attracting and retaining customers, and also how they are trying to increase their market share. Mike Lanman, president of enterprise and government for Verizon Wireless, says:
"Today's business culture demands that our customers have secure access to their work 24 hours a day. Verizon offers fixed/wireless solutions for business continuity, a global managed mobility portfolio, and host of enterprise applications and connected devices such as modems, smartphones and tablets that run on the nation's largest 3G network and our industry-leading 4G network."
Do you consider Verizon the most business-friendly US carrier?

Be that as it may for enterprise customers. But for customer's who use an exchange server there is an additional $15 cost for that....... But that ties into there customer focused 30 day excellence guarantee and new every two program.(Insert sarcastic remark here)

Do the research. It's true. Don't give me a thumbs down cause you don' t like the truth. Verizon is getting too big. Which is evident by their change in the NE2 program and the hacking of their 30 day policy. Arrogance is their problem

This is an assessment of Verizon Communications as a whole, which includes Wireless, and other network services on the telephony side, IP side, equipment side, etc.

This is Verizon communications as a whole because when it comes to wireless carriers Sprint Nextel is the largest wireless provider to business, maily enterprise and government (local, State and Federal) and the latest Yankee survey of enterprise customers ranks Sprint #1 in wireless enterprise solutions.
