Huawei is expected to launch its newest addition to the mid-range Android smartphone range in the States tomorrow, the Huawei IDEOS X5. The 3.8-inch IDEOS X5 will feature Android 2.2 Froyo running on a 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 CPU.
The handset will come with a capacitive touchscreen sporting a resolution of 480 x 800, while a 5 megapixel camera will cover your photo and video ambitions with 720p HD video recording. Connectivity on the device includes HSPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The IDEOS X5 has an 1500 mAh battery and 4GB of internal memory. The handset is already out in the Land Down Under and is rolling out in Hong Kong between January 13th and 19th.
