How to manage an incoming call on Android without interrupting what you are doing

Ever been in the midst of gaming, browsing, or reading on your Android phone, and you got a call from an unknown number you don't want to take? Most handsets will go into the full screen calling app immediately, and you will have to wait for the caller to give up before you go back to what you were doing, or shut them up with a rude busy signal. What if they decide to call again, though? It might become pretty annoying very quickly, especially if you are trying to beat your game record, so there's an app for that, and we don't mean putting your phone in a limped airplane mode...

U have to plug your Z1 to your PC and use their software to update 4.4.4

Samsung, LG and Sony phones already have this built in.
Basically only Nexus phones don't have it. Stock Android lacks a lot of useful stuff...
