How often do you use Siri, the iPhone 4S voice-operated personal assistant?

Now that the dust has settled and the initial excitement is tapering off, we were wondering if you find Siri indispensable, only use it from time to time, or barely acknowledge it exists on your phone. Sound off in the poll...

o yea! real creativity in getting an iphone. to me something creative is something not easily thought of. getting an iphone nowadays is like not having the brain power to think past what everyone else is getting. hence, to me getting an iphone is almost 'less creative'.

My nephew has 4S and the only time he used her is to make fun of her. One of the question he asked was where's a nearest toilet and she can't answer it, or when he asked her something and she gave him wrong answers and we all laughed.

When my friend has the 4S he used it to entertain us when we were bored, now?? Siri?? no more Siri cuz we got bored of it :)

I'm hoping they leave Siri off of the next iPhone. I'm not a geek and don't currently have a iPhone 4S so I don't know the answer to this question, but is it possible to uninstall Siri from the iPhone 4S?

It doesn't hurt to have it on there, if you don't like it then just don't use it.

Yes when you set up your phone the first time it asks you if you want enable or disable it and you can also change whatever you chose after the fact. This has been an issue for some people because siri is always connected causing not as efficient battery life.

im pretty sure siri only connects if u ask it too… its not just randomly uploading data…
and btw the cydia tweaks make siri godly.. definitely use it a ton now that is does so much

If you're not a geek and certain features would make it complicated, why do you want a smartphone? You may want to consider staying with a flip phone.

Because there are extraneous features that aren't necessary. My Android phone has tethering capabilities, but I'll never use them. It also has a front-facing video camera, but most of my acquaintances text because we all have different schedules and would rather multitask and reply as a text than set up a time for an uninterruptible video chat/call. It also can post videos directly to YouTube or Twitter, but I don't do that. My car has electrically adjustable seats, but mine never gets adjusted because it's where I want it. It also has seat warmers, but they're useless in the warmer months.
If I had an iphone (and I wouldn't, unless I were being paid /really/ well) I wouldn't use siri because I can get a more accurate answer using the dedicated search functions online, or setting up my calendar events (of which I only make maybe 1 or 2 a month) manually, to make sure they're set up exactly how I want them, especially with alerts and noise settings (i.e. silent mode). Until those types of programs are fully refined (siri is still in beta after all) I wouldn't trust them with all those functions just yet
