Not really, I have them and the frame is steel not aluminum like the review says, and it's connected trough some molded plastic to more steel on the actual earphones, so I would say that it's a bit more sturdy than other fully plastic headsets of the same price range. Much sturdier than logitech h600 or sennheiser hd 212 I had before.
