We know that these are trying economic times for municipalities, but this is ridiculous; when a homeless man named Darren Kersey charged his mobile phone at a park in Sarasota, Florida, he was arrested for theft of city utilities and ended up spending the night in jail...

Seriously the paperwork you filed cost more then him charging his phone. THe gas you wasted hauling him, and also the time spent you could of got a real criminal. I hope this moron lost his job and becomes homeless!
