Perhaps Canadian based BlackBerry wants to reward those Canadians that have stood by the company through thick and thin; or perhaps the manufacturer wants to get its users in the region used to the idea of heading to BlackBerry App World to download apps. And then, what if BlackBerry being sold on November? No support for the handsh¡t? So why buy an app(s) if the device is dying?
