With news on Tuesday that Apple was ready to license its technology to Motorola and Samsung to help settle lawsuits, it was hoped we would finally see peace in the tech world; instead, Samsung has filed a new suit against Apple in Seoul, Korea claiming that Apple infringed on three Samsung patents...

Its not a shame. if they did lose, it'll just mean that their system is not corrupt or biased like in some countries.

Patent war cost money only no tanks or human will be destroy. Samsung do not want to pay Apple on licensing, this lawsuits will make Apple to pay Samsung's licensing.

at least samsung still has its construction and insurance and lots more of businesses to fall back on,even if apple drives it out of electronics.

THEN " Surely Samsung is trying to steal a bit of Apple's thunder prior to the iPad HD announcement. Both the Apple iPhone 4S and the Apple iPad are mentioned in the filing for the suit"
This says alot to me about "bn a fanboy" when they suppose 2b objective when they write aryicles so we the readers can come up with our our conclusion, instead of feeding us their subjectivity.

I'd like to think that it was too late to stop the machine for Samsung, after the yesterday news about Apple willing to end patent war for settlements. They are 13-14 hours ahead.

Reminds me of Gandalf vs. Sauromon in LOTR... except that Gandalf is Samsung, and Sauromon is Apple.
The conversation goes something like this...
Apple: "License my IP, and I will let you live."
Samsung: {jumps out of the courtroom window to escape}
Apple: "So, Samsung, you have chosen death..."
I suppose it is possible that Samsung could survive somehow and even beat Apple at its own game, but it will be exceedingly difficult, guaranteed. Apple has the decks stacked in their own favor currently, and it will take some insanely fast and smart thinking, and additional help no doubt, to overcome Apple. Perhaps filing suit in South Korea, their home territory, is the best thing they can do right now for themselves... home-field advantage is generally a favorable thing.

Thanks snowgator... unlike some individuals here, when I use sarcasm or satire it is generally for the intent of entertaining. When I am in an entertaining mood, I aim to please... yes, I throw out some stark analysis with it on occasion, but it is always better when delivered with a good dose of jest. I am glad you appreciated the remark!
Hey, just on a side-note, I thought I would mention that I've been getting a lot better over the last few weeks from the after-effects of the chemo from last year. I am starting to get to the point where I think I'll be able to start doing more stuff every day like I used to back last spring. Maybe even look for employment again... it would be nice, and I'm feeling more confident in my improving health every day.
