used to work for radioshack and sold sprint and nextel there. probably the hardest thing to do is switch a nextel customer to sprint. the customer service department makes it ridiculous

Not anymore. Now that the billing systems are combined, it's prety simple. The reason it was so hard for RS employees to port over was that Radioshack did not get paid for that transaction. Now they do, so the same barriers are not in place.

Vzw's ptt doesn't compare to Nextel or Sprint's DC, read the review on this site
