Who will be the carrier for the Samsung Omnia 7? I hope that it's Verizon, and if so when will they have it?

No CDMA, yet. Orange for Europe and AT&T for the States.

The samsung omnia 7 is definitely a looker. Clean metal finish with a very professional, conservative, and sleek appeal. It goes ahead of the Dell Venue Pro in terms of handling due to the slimmer footprint. The Omnia 7, just like the Omnia i900 returns to it's origins as a business-looking phone rather than it's roundish and chuncky incarnations as seen in the Omnia II i8000, Omnia Pro, and the Galaxy Androids.
