I heard about that phone. I also heard about a Voyager 2 thats suppose to debut in November this year.

You probably won't get the phone until Monday. It takes 1 to 2 business days. I ordered mine as soon as they were available through the website at 12:01am Thursday morning and i just got mine Friday evening. But maybe you got overnight shipping which if you did you should have it by now.

if ordered it over the phone, u should've asked for overnight shipping, it just costs u $10 extra...if u didn't ask for your gonna get it in two days...... since u ordered it at 10pm thursday and u didn't get overnight shipping, you're probably gonna get on tuesday... (hey, i might be wrong)........... they only get to u overnight is if u order it before 5pm......

Keep in mind that fed ex is closed on the weekend. So if you ordered it after five on thurday you still wouldnt get it till at the earliest on monday... So overnighting justs wastes your money

Sorry guys, this is what our internal systems are saying: VZW Tones Status - LG Dare Posted: 6/27/2008 5:14:06 PM(ET) - There are no Ring Tones (applications or content) available currently on the LG Dare - Testing, catalog build and push is possible if no bugs are found on July 10 With commercial availability target of the application at 7:00 p.m. EDT -If any issues are encountered during testing, a push of the Brew catalog with Tones will be done immediately upon resolution

I currently have the voyager and am a sucker when it comes to spontaneously buying the "newest" phone, then the rest of the family has my hand-me-downs ... I'm currently working with the voyager and one of the phones on my family share are ready for an upgrade July 1st I plan to order or buy in store if available the dare now my question being 1- besides the moble tv is the dare a serious upgrade from the voyager and 2- i dont understand about the ringtones ... if you buy the phone and then that feature comes available is it a simple download upgrade or are you just s.o.l. with this phone

FlipShot takes pics at the same resolution as the Dare: 2048x1536. That comes to 3.145728MP. Samsung rounded-down saying 3MP. The Samsung A990 (that came out a year before the FlipShot) said 3.2MP. Regardless, the resolution is 2048x1536.

Yes it has the same resolution. But the pictures on the Flipshot are horrible!
