Hackers fit HTC HD2 with Windows RT for some reason

The general rule of thumb seems to be that if a hack is possible, it will happen, because hackers are infinitely curious, and there are a lot of interesting things that can come from experimentation. The HTC HD2 isn't new to having different platforms hacked onto it, and now it's getting a taste of Windows RT...

Im going to guess it was done... BECAUSE IT CAN BE DONE!
HD2 = Superphone...
There has been ZERO other phones like it, when it comes to a device that can do almost everything (sans what its not physically capable of like BT v4 and the like) and run almost anything...
If there where to be one phone I would pick to send into space, this would be it, near endless possibility's!

actually, there are other phones that can be installed with different OSes like HD2. You just need some great and hardworking developers to port those OSes. The hardware is just like a typical smartphone.

If the windows phone 8 were launched with that interface... The market absorption would be higher

Wish HTC would come out with another phone like the HD2 with modern specs and source for everything released. Instead we get locked boot loaders and the complete lack of ability to obtain S-off on any new devices.
End rant... Sorry
