If you were looking for a low-end Windows Phone 8 experience from HTC, it looks like you may be out of luck, because HTC has confirmed that the HTC 8S is not planned for release in the USA. The logic behind the move makes some sense...

Sad but true that the att lumia 920 has priced at very competitive price in US lol... Unless you wanna it contract free

They could have released it on prepaid. Good way to reach new windows customers.

Well to be fair.. T-mobile offered the 8X for free on Cyber Monday and I got one then. So I see the price as not being an issue.

Boo... The best looking phone IMHO and I like the smaller form factor. Would give a smaller phone option.
