HTC Zeta: Quad-core 2.5GHz CPU superphone rocking Ice Cream Sandwich

Here's a first glimpse of the HTC Zeta. The “almost too good to be true” specs include 2.5GHz quad-core next-gen Snapdragon CPUs and 1GB of RAM powering a 4.5 inch 720p HD display. The phone is also reported to come with a rear-facing camera, a 1.3MP front-facing camera, and of course Beats Audio. But is it real?...

I very much changed my mind regarding super capable processors in phones.
Used to think dual core and optimised OS are more than enough, but think about the possibilities of a pc grade smartphone.
It means in the future we will use phones as a pc, full hd video player or gaming console by simply connecting them to the big screen tv and accessories!
Sony's announced "four screen" strategy will be just that, for example.
The accessory such as their live dock with a phone capable enough will be just amazing.

Check out Motorola\'s Webtop application.
With a little hack you get Full Desktop Linux running on your HDTV connected to your phone and a bluetooth keyboard/mouse

Hey, what happened to you HTC ? You decide to change your design...and I think THIS design is cool. I was so sure the only phone I would ever like from HTC was the Nexus one, that I'm feel very surprised. But it's a good surprise.
I feel there are many improvements in the design and build quality of Android phones these days (razr, you said ?). It's a good thing, because IMO nearly every Android phone was bad or so-so in termes of design.

Hope it comes to AT&T if the NEXUS doesn't gets their first. Cause Verizon and Sprint always gets the good phones and the thinnest ones first.
