The HTC Tiara is a smartphone that we've been hearing rumors about for months. If these are to be trusted, the smartphone is of the mid-range class, running Microsoft's Windows Phone 8 operating system. Sprint is the carrier bound to launch this upcoming handset, but it turns out that others are interested in offering the device as well. This is what I keep saying. HTC's attempt at WP, currently, have been rather lack luster at best. A Windows Phone version of the One would be amazing.

I heard the FCC had a HTC Tiara for testing about a week ago. Rumors were that it was for sprint. HTC and samsung have great tech if they tried a little harder they could make great windows phones.
With sprints past of only offering one windows device i'm glad it is not the Tiara. It would be lost in the sea of other phones. Sprint needs something more robust as a windows flagship.

Now all they need to add to the line-up is a Nokia Windows Phone. With all three Windows Phone on Sprint and Ting, Windows phone will be a great 3rd runner up.
