I cant justify it on that phone. Why the only thing great about it is LTE. It isnt dual-core,not a 1gig of ram, only 8 gig of internal storage, or nothing special about display. Im sorry people but dont waste your money.

everyone keeps talking about the dual core phones, which carrier can i go to, walk into a store right now, and leave with one?

Quote from above Phone Arena article: "But despite all these goodies, can you justify spending $300 for a phone on a two year contract, no matter how good it is?"

Quotes from Phone Arena's review for the $300 iPhone from 2/11/11: "Apple’s wonderful smartphone", "radiates with a fantastic look", "even more when every inch of its body resonates with a premium feel", "perfectly sized to accommodate every hand size", "is just one sleek, sexy, and classy looking smartphone"...............

If Phone Arena can justify spending that much based on that p*ornoesque review of the $300 iPhone, I can spend the same amount on my T-bolt! Can't wait!

Good point. If iphone 5 had the same exact specs the sheeple would be going nuts calling it the most innovative and greatest phone ever. And price would not even be an issue. But Android people are smarter than that so we question why we should pay over $100 more for an aluminum bodied evo with a 45nm chipset and an lte radio. (of course 32GB sd cards are expensive so I am not really complaining). I just wish it was dual core.

Yes, the 32GB microSD card makes it $100 more. Common practice, why is this one any different?

Right, folks have been happily plunking down $299 for the 32gb iphone 4... while I'd prefer to not pay this much for a phone, it does beat the ip4 in many ways, total 40gb expandable memory, and 4G compatibility to name just a couple.

No freaking DUH! They've been advertising this price in their Sunday paper inserts for like 4 weeks now.

No way!
I am about to get a new phone in mid/late March.
Motorola Atrix was selling for $129 and even lower at the beginning with better display and fingerprint reader. You can always throw more card in it later for cheaper. It is a bad idea. 1st they make all this hype about it and keep delaying it - Atrix actually brought the release day earlier - then they put a huge price on it to rip off the people who they should rely on the most.
Bad decision from HTC/Verizon.

People paid $300 for the iPhone at one point if I recall, and this is going to blow it out of the water, so I think $300 is totally justifiable.

That is nothing new. I've seen the T-Bolt in Best Buy ads for the past 4 or 5 weeks. In last weeks ad I saw a price for it in Best Buy's weekly ad.

TOO expensive especially given the rollercoaster of delays seen thus far... I lost interest in it and now am looking to Sprint to see what this HTC EVO 3D is going to be all about...

If they do delay the TBolt much longer the Bionic or Samsung 4G may come out before it. If they are having battery issues with it, why didnt they put a larger battery in it like the Bionic that will come with a 1950 mAh battery instead of 1450 mAh that the TBolt is suppose to have.

all this hype is ridiculous. they are only trying to get this phone to sell in enormous numbers. trying to outsell the iPhone. all this is, is an HTC incredible with a larger screen. there is no reason to get all excited.

I disagree with those of you who say it is worth it. 32 gig card is nothing internal memory reads and writes sooo much quicker so with all the new phones on the horizon this phone does hold to par for that price. Bionic will have a better display, more memory, 4g so why would I pay more for an inferior phone by htc?

HTC didn't make any changes to the T-Bolt from the Sprint Evo...Only difference is 756Ram..... I mean really?! c'mon HTC.... 1 year later and making the exact same phone just on a different carrier. Horrible!
