HTC isn't the problem here, it's Verizon. The update is ready to be rolled out, and has been for awhile now. But unfortunately for the owners of this very good phone, it wasn't a huge seller, so it's not real high on Verizon's priority list. I won't be surprised if it doesn't happen by the end of July. Hope I'm wrong though, for the Rezound owners sake.

Verizon needs to step up. Their Motorola Xoom got ICS 6 months after the WiFi version. That is insane.

Absolutely right doubleD. HTC reps have told me the update was ready in early May. I'll believe it's rolled out when my phone is downloading it.

I don't know who exactly it is to blame, maybe Verizon. But I'm thinking to jump the ship of being a loyal HTC customer/fan. I was first so excited waiting for ICS, then disappointed, then impatient and excited all over again. No I gave up, I don't care anymore. I just want a different phone. Maybe Samsung is better with their upgrades? Thinking of getting SIII, since Verizon didn't even OneX. :-(

It is definitely Verizon to be blame. The amaze on Tmobile and sensation already received the update on May to be specific. Verizon has to approve the update before HTC can release an OTA but Verizon simply doesn't care. They only care for selling it. Which they did used ics as a selling point on the rezound when it came out promising the update for Q1 2012.
