This is the big issue with OTA updates. It would be nice if you could just download the update from the manufactures' website. Look how quickly the WI-FI only edition of the Motorola XOOM got its update. It's probably because the carriers want to put all that bloatware on our phones.

I've been getting an "error: server unavailable" message, telling me to check again when I have service, even though I have good service...so perhaps there's hope?

Enough already w/ the old phones...how about the release date for the Incredible 4G LTE...thought/hoping it was to be 6/21...how 'bout some new "news"...let's move on...not too impressed w/ the Rezound, nothing over the top.

I actually got a text message from VZW on June 15th which stated:

Your phone will soon be upgraded to Android 4.0. At that time we will remove your Verizon Wireless Mobile IM app because it is not supported on Android 4.0. Please download a new instant messaging app to use IM on your phone.

I have been checking for software updates and nothing yet! What a tease.
