Most of that appeal comes from the fact that the two handsets are very well made. Aluminum is used for the construction of both smartphones, which gives them a very solid, premium feel...

"Still, plenty of users, especially the ladies, are likely to be more than happy with the iPhone 5's smaller display."

Don't forget tight pants wearing males with black finger nail polish and eye shadow. Don't be sexist now! Iphone must maintain that image.

That picture reminds me of the movie twins. Arnold Schwarzenegger; the big and strong type. Danny Devito; the short crappy left overs. Guess it's going to be like that until Fall 2014.

This article is so biased I couldn't stand to even read the whole thing. Was this written for Apple?

iPhone 5 needs to be considered mid range not high end. It is worse specs wise than phones that are free on contract.

i love the HTC one i just wish HTC went bezleless on the phone from the sides and the camera was 12 mega pixcles. this is the only down sides on the HTC one it would been the best phone forever. why HTC did you have to keep the bezles on this phone you messed up the desgine and why the camera only two 4 mega pixles camera. and i also wish it was a 5 inhc screen. HTC you made a big mistake.

iphone 5 will magically win again ... he says they are the same " performance wise " how can a device with better processor and has more ram be at the same performance as a device with about 40% weaker processor and 50% less ram ??? oh and not to mention the 70% better battery life in the HTC
you guys should stop doing these reviews .... i've never owned an HTC so you cant call me a fanboy ... just stop doing biased reviews you're driving people away from ur site seriously ..

Its worse than 40% less powerful cpu. Lets see an iphone 5 cpu running android it would be a laggy mess.

I can't stand Android. Unnecessary features and a Google tracking platform. My iPhone gives me the option to be Google free.

Than I take it you're using iMaps instead of Maps by Google and iCloud (which is being sensored on content by Apple) instead of GMail to send documents ;)

Yeh, way to go for sure!
