Not 2 more may be 3. :)
That's why they are going down, their pricing is worst and highly overpriced with some old specs as compared to Note III & ZU.

These off contract phone prices are getting ansolutely ridiculous.
7. sarge77 (Posts: 202; Member since: 14 Mar 2013)
that doesnt mean its going to really be that price its why you have contract with carriers still the price I want to know is if its 199 or 299 thats all.

hahaha i'd go for ZU or note 3 for that kind of price or maybe both. Come on HTC you wouldn't expect that people would buy this overpriced yearold chipset phablet keep trolling

This phone came out half a year too late.

HTC is always expensive, high price on their smaller phones and they are not selling well.

U guys should have a pacifier in ur mouth, aluminum design, 3300 man, 600 is fast and there is no way the phone will ever go higher then 1.5 ghz, finger print sensor, boom sound speakers, the best display with minimum bezel vs zu huge bezel, srsly carrying a zu is like a tablet that can call, has the worst display its not even better then a 720 p, laggy inter face and etc...
14. pyradark (Posts: 802; Member since: 10 Jun 2012)
you even dont know what the hell are you saying!!!
try to carry a ZU, its an eye attraction.
laggy interface?? lol its more smoother than touchwiz
worst display??lol you can see sample on how ZU kick HTC One in screen comparison

Note 3 has a way better display. Don't feed into the Sony advertising.Note 3 is the best smartphone in the world.

Lol note 3 problably has the best amoled display but it’s not good enough to beat IPS + Triluminos technology in ZU display.

The stupid, it hurts.

i honestly cant understand this criticism from all sides. as a samsung fan i am disappointed at all the negative comments by samsung lovers. i have s4 which lags like a pi*s
several people reporting lag on note3 while htc one on s600 runs like a charm
i would have this lag-free one max or one than lagsung/lagwiz
im sure this 3300mah battery will outlast note3's 3200 battery
28. seret6 (Posts: 59; Member since: 14 Aug 2013)
dear papa smurf kindly install 2,3 new apps
experience lag like hell
just confirmed same issues form 2 users of note3
s4 is a tortoise
to hell with sh*twiz and snapppy800

You do not know what you are talking about! The Note 3 has zero lag! I now I have about 30 to 40 apps and this phone is smooth as silk. Get your facts straight fanboy. I even know iPhone users that say it is hands down the best android phone they have seen.

I think they should price it about the same as the Galaxy mega 6.3, yes, that's quite low, but HTC needs this to sell
more than the xperia Z ultra (with the seriously cool official case that doubles the battery and has a stylus) is just stupid

You people don't understand pricing. Phone in Asian markets have alway been more expensive. You can't compare US price to America or European price. And if PA was not just a bad website that would know that. The S4 when first came out was 5199 yuan which is more then the prices of the 833. Now all the fanboy can keep being dumb.

Fyi phonearena, the note 3 is 5799 yuan in china

After the Galaxy 2 had battery swelling issues and now the same with the Galaxy S4; the One Max now looks like a much better option than the Note 3 if you ask me. Also not being made of plastic/fake leather is a pretty big plus.
Samsung makes some nice devices but the cheap construction and really stupid issues they seem to have always makes me question the fanboyism.

As a big fan of HTC, I Can now see their true downfall. Only a miracle can save them; lets hope for the best. For now, R.I.P HTC

I'm a HUGE fan of both HTC & Samsung. I was a loyal HTC buyer thru my first 4 Android smartphone purchases (Hero, OG EVO, EVO 3D, EVO LTE). But, last year I decided I wanted a large screen smartphone, so I gave the Samsung Note II a try. I loved it. I still love it. I was blown away by all the software features - many of which I never use, but was very impressed by their innovation. Their TW interface was much more dialed in than I had seen on their earlier Galaxy S phones. In fact...what I liked was that it was more like HTC's Sense UI than it ever had been in the past (IMO). Needless to say...I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to a smartphone with a screen size < 5.5".
Being that my daughter has the HTC One...I've been looking forward to the One Max ever since rumors started to drop. I do think HTC is late to this party, but I'm glad they're finally showing up. This price tag leak doesn't phase me at all. If what this phone offers is dialed in solid...this is going to be a fantastic phone, and may very well be my next phone.
But, the reality is that BOTH Samsung & HTC suffer from glitches in their software. As a software tester...it usually doesn't take me long to find defects in my phone's software, and be annoyed by the oversight. Despite my love for the Note II...I've never experienced so many 3G/4G connectivity issues with a cell phone, and so often. It's possible my particular phone is the issue, and not the case with other Note II users with Sprint. But, I NEVER had that problem with my HTC phones. Ever. On the other hand, all my HTC phones seemed to have an issue connecting to my car's bluetooth consistently. I have complaints for both companies. Both company's phones seem to suffer from lag/stuttering when navigating over a live wallpaper. In other words...IMO...both have their Pros & Cons. Both offer their own user experience that's great, although imperfect; and unique, yet similar in many ways.
I'm a HUGE fan of both. Either the One Max or the Note III will be my next phone, but I won't know until I can compare them side by side. I'm a little concerned with the review PhoneScoop gave on their pre-production unit of the One Max, but I'm still holding out to see the retail unit. I wish HTC good fortune. Samsung needs the competition.

Guys, compare this beast to the iphone 5s. Iphone 5s is around $1000 and for the HTC one Max, you get boomsound, 1080P, and more!
