The HTC One V is the most affordable of HTC’s one series, and with its distinct looks and ICS, it’d definitely be one of the good choices for budget phone seekers. Now, the HTC One V has arrived on Virgin Mobile for a price of $199, but that’s without any contract ties, and it’s soon coming to U.S. Cellular.
Now, that’s really a killer price considering you have no yearly contracts stuck on you. The savings add up even more when you take into account the $55 unlimited plan at Virgin.
The device takes a slight shortcut in processing power though as it ships with a single-core 1GHz processor and 4 gigs of internal storage. The One V features a 3.7-inch WVGA screen, a 5-megapixel camera and storage expandable via microSD cards.
For this price could you ask for more? Hit the source link below, if you like the phone enough to buy it.

It's a trade-off...good price, though the specs aren't as impressive as other phones. For those who really want to save money now and save money later, this seems like a solid choice. Android 4.0, decent camera, good size overall...go with it. :p
