HTC Legend storms its way to the FCC
Well that certainly was pretty quick. After adorning a ton of spotlight during MWC, the HTC Legend has gone on to clear the FCC – which may indicate a potential release soon here in the US. Those who envied the striking look of the original HTC Hero's chin will most likely be pleased to see that the uni-body design of the HTC Legend may soon become a reality. There is an FCC label from the official file which looks to be the same exact one found on the actual unit that was photographed during MWC. Unlike how the original HTC Hero ended up being redesigned here for the US release, we're going to hope that its one of a kind look stays faithful to the original we've seen. Sure it's looking more likely for a launch to happen some time soon, but there is still no indication which carrier will be gobbling up this unique looking handset.

While the phone looks great, it really isn't much of an upgrade, spec wise. The processor is only slightly faster, and the ram/rom is the same. Also, the screen size and resolution is the same. Finally, I hope the battery has some decent power (1750mAh+), as there won't be any extended batteries for that phone.
