I was waiting for this phone but now that I saw a few vids, I'd rather wait for the atrix or whatever comes later.
I'm afraid that the rubbery cover on the bottom will deform by time. The battery cover is a pain to remove and if you force it then it will get loose and chipped, the design won't let you change the battery for a larger one, you can't change the metal back cover. The battery life is low and with that display i'd be surprised if it would last a day. The headphone jack is on the edge, hopefully it won't be a problem, but it's hard to tell as att or htc was too cheap to include a headset. (unboxing vid). The display is large but I would rather have a smaller display w/ larger resolution. The cam is sticking out and looks like the phone will sit on it if you put it down so it's a magnet for prints and scratches. Not sure what size mem card att will give you but att lately takes out everything from the boxes so I doubt it will be 16gb. Since the atrix comes with 16gb, better display, better battery, more memory and looks better I think I skip this one. Unless.... they overprice the atrix, in that case the htc is the bang for the buck.... but that still won't change the battery life and hopeless design...
