HTC HD2 shows off weather animation and HTC's Twitter app in new videos

Now that it appears that U.S. cellphone fans will get a shot at the HTC HD2, possibly through T-Mobile, every bit of news or video takes on a bigger importance. Here is a quick 48 seconds of the handset's home screen, showing off the weather animation. It looks like a cloudy day wherever this was filmed at. While we only get 48 seconds to ogle the screen, that's all it takes to fall in love with the clarity, the size and the smooth animation.
The second video shows off the HTC app for Twitter called the Peep. Maybe the phone should have still been called Leo because it certainly acts like the King of the Jungle!

where i live there are 10 mile gaps between coverage areas on tmobile

Imagine that, this phone is going to T Mobile. Why do they release these awsome phones to such a gross carrier?

I just hope that Canadian carriers will be selling this phone sometime soon..
