I guess you are paying the same as the EVO V for Virgin Mobile because the EVO Design has well...a better design?

Honestly I would just get the EVO V instead, larger display, better specs, same price.

I have this phone on Sprint and every time I see this thing running ICS I want the update that much more. It looks so much nicer than the older software.

The only bad thing about it (more so Boost Mobile) is that Wi-Max is not available everywhere & I haven't heard plans on Sprint trying to expand it any further, it would be cool if Sprint just gave Virgin Mobile & Boost the Wi-Max network & let them build it out, then Sprint just focused on LTE for their 4G. Also, the fact that the plan has limited 4G connectivity at 2.5GB because I was gonna switch to them, but nah... not with that. It would've at least been nice if it was like unlimited 3G, & 2.5GB's 4G Wi-Max in the plan & you can toggle 3G & 4G on & off.

That's exactly what I am hoping will happen. Sprint has no need for WiMax after LTE is rolled out but it would benefit VM and Boost greatly to be able to expand WiMax. WiMax will never be able to replace LTE but it is much needed to help fix the extremely slow 3G data speeds they suffer from.

Thats What it is if you read it it says that There is a 2.5 GB limit on 4G but when you past that it run on 3G Speed (Unlimited)

Sprint doesn't own the WiMax network, Clear does. Sprint has a majority non-controlling interest in WiMax, that's all. And with the dearth of WiMax towers I think the focus should be more on the excellent phones for the price than any presumed increase in data speeds due to WiMax. WiMax is due to be phased out by 2015, I think any increase in data speeds on the prepaid side will be solely due to Sprint's customers migrating to 4G LTE and freeing up 3G bandwidth in the process.

I have this phone for Sprint, seeing ICS on it for Boost gives me some hope that the update is coming soon.
