HTC EVO 4G makes it to Times Square
With its 4.3 inch touchscreen stretched out for nearly the length of this Times Square billboard, and with the Android widgets adorning its home page, there is no mistaking the HTC EVO 4G. The handset, which was just introduced and is expected to be launched via Sprint for its 4G WiMax network this summer, is now considered one of the more desirable of the new batch of phones coming out before the end of summer. Ironically, the handset sits next to a billboard promoting Jimi Hendrix who was known for being an innovative guitar player who would blow people away with a style that was ahead of its time. Sounds a bit like the EVO 4G.

it quite thin and very pocket friendly unless you wear Emo-tight pants. But since i hit puberty, those pants hurt too much, and ill stick to lightly loose n comfortable.. Throw me an evo! LOL

i'm sure this phone will be pretty good... im sure alotta people will be all hyped up when it comes out and form huge lines to just get it ... like the palm pre, the iphone, blackberry storm and droid etc... and i'm sure you have all the crybabies complaning in the end that its not what they expected and this and that.. but in the end i'm sure this phone will be pretty good im sure.. every phone has its flaws , but with everything it has it looks like its going to be a KILLER = )

Can't wait to get the phone. Too bad the picture isn't real. I work right around the corner and the Virgin store to the right has been closed down for more than a year. Nice try though. It actually looks authentic.
