This is interesting, considering it was only 3 days ago they said they didn't know the release date. So either they're pulling something out of their ass to get people to reserve at Radio Shack or they received info. If it is June 4th we should get an official statement this weekend. Already preordered at Best Buy.

I was all set on getting the Evo 3D in June .Then I heard the rumor about the iphone coming to Sprint in September with a new dual core processor and an even better 8mp camera! ( although it will still only be a 3G phone...) Now I'm not sure what to do!!! Suggestions anyone?

Sprint will most likely release this phone on a Sunday like all there phone's. I am sure this phone is no different. So the 5th, 12th, 19th, or 26th is when it should launch.

TERRIBLY SORRY FELLAS--- Radioshack has NO idea when the release date is.

June 4th was the release date of the EVO 4G--- it too, was announced a couple months prior on a similar date to the EVO 3D's announcement, to be coming out int he 2nd quarter.

The June 4th date is simply the release date of the 4G, and that is where Radioshack is getting their estimate from. IT is unrealistic that the EVO 3D gets a June 4th release date because they still havn't announced the release date yet. The EVO 4G's June 4th release date was announced several weeks before it happens. They are not going to release the 3D on June 4th when it is 5/25, a week and a few days prior, and the release date hasn't even been announced yet. Try June 20th--- that is a bit more realistic.

well, i work at radio shack, and those emails could be sent out. it was said to be hush hush about it, but since the phone will have huge ring credit, some supervisors and DM's might push the idea of pre ordering.

I Work for sprint however I Know for a fact the release date is not june 4th so those are all rumors and web lies. We will know a couple of days before it releases and when it does I Will be back to let you guys know I'm waiting also I Did get a chance to play with it during our meeting and it's a true Killer I Wanted to run out the door with it...Lol The wait is well worth it TRUST ME!!!!! Just to let everyone know, I work at radioshack and take that email with a grain of salt. No one at radioshack has a release date for this phone. I have been looking foreward to this phone since march just like the rest of you and this email was sent by a DM that shurly doesnt know crap about any release date... If we had the release date we would have the pricing at the same time... im sure all of you saw the leaked ADD for the trade and save 100$ offer, but that info was leaked from corporate and we found that out just like the rest of you, online. Ill say it one more time, take this email with a grain of salt, because the disclaimer "rough" means it could still be weeks and weeks off. Sorry to be the barer of bad news, but i just dont want you guys to get your hopes up and have it come out on the 16th 2 weeks later and be like wtf... I hope it comes out on the 4th too... looks like thats what a lot of sources are going for... also since they decided a couple days ago not to lock to bootloader, we might end up seeing the release date pushed back a few days to accomodate that... just a thought.

The official release date will be june 24th 2011 sorry guys a few more week's. The date sprint will offically release the release date will be june 10th and the device will be ready to buy on the 24th.

it only has 5 mega pixels in the camera area.....overall a good phone but the reg. Evo is way better, works better, delivers better, just bot 3d which will mess up your eyes so stick with the regular one till nov.2011. then the next best phone will be released from sprint

YAYEH!!!!!!!!! HTC just sent the email announcing HTC 3D EVO is being released June 24th! Prior to this, on 5/26, I made a youtube video predicting that on 6/4/2011 give or take a few days (6/6), the announcement would be made for 6/24. Did I whoop some ass with that predictino or what? =P
