QNX was before Palm was even in its development stages.
RIM acquired QNX before HP acquired Palm too.
I don't even know how they're trying to convince people that HP was before BlackBerry. RIM clearly wants to move forward while HP is trying to be like the Apple fanboys constantly saying they were the first to those that don't know anything.

WHO cares if bb can get away with copying a great product without getting sued, letem. android did and look it how well it has done! not android persay cause that doesnt make any money for google but for people like htc iit is good!

It don't matter. While I think the Playbook looks real promising, even if it is close to the touchpad, which I know very little about, they both still have to carve out their own fan base in a market that is just opening up. If one or both are junk, won't matter if one copied the other after they both flop will it? If both are great, HP gets to show off it's WebOS and Blackberry fans will be happy.
