HP makes good printers that steal your money for ink, but they make horrible Computers. They bought Compaq for business and ruined that line ,as well as buying Webos and ruining that brand!
Meg Whitman is an idiot that has no clue on how to run a tech company. If they would have had any vision the Compaq Pocket PC would have been a tablet and a phone line of products, and they ruined that brand!
Meg cut R&D and sent 10k jobs packing off to China when she 1st took over. They are dead and uninspiring with no innovation. Not offering a windows brand tablet with their PC line is further proof Meg is lost.
I owned the Evo, Photon, and now the Galaxy S3 so don't think that I hate Android, I would just buy an Asus Android tablet before I bought an HP!
I own the NX9420 Note book that was not as good as it could have been and wish I had went the ASUS route.
Too bad because at one point they were an ok company.

My hp desktop is now 20 years old and still running - only had to put a new hard drive in it like 10 years ago. I'd take a chance on their tablet. I was looking forward to an hp phone awhile back but that obviously fell through rather quickly.

They should have developed the Touchpad with Android and it would have been way more successful. Glad they learned.
