HP gave up on tablets two years ago, said "this is Apple's kingdom, we have nothing to do here, we cover the other market segments"
HP gave up on webOS also.
Now they are returning after huge losses. It seems that they have realized mobile and postPC industry actually affects PC industry. Better ever than never.

now it's tougher than ever
and don't forget that android is THE king of open smartphones

i wish webOS to be the best alternative in open source!
