Google to better services for mobile devices

Google is to upgrade its services for mobile devices with the forthcoming Google Maps for Mobile. It is a free downloadable Java application allowing you to get a bird's eye view of a location you choose right from you phone. The route to your desired destination is displayed on the map itself, as well as step-by-step directions to help you out. You will also be able to save locations, for example your home or work address. There is also an option for viewing real-time traffic, enabling you to see jams and estimate delays.
